Trump’s Pro-Life Lawyer William Consovoy Claims Trump Could Shoot People And Not Be Prosecuted

President Donald Trump’s lawyer, William Consovoy, told Judge Denny Chin of the Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit that the president could shoot someone on 5th Avenue in New York City and not be prosecuted, notes POLITICO.

Chin asked Trump’s pro-life lawyer about the murderous scenario that Trump has bragged about: “What’s your view on the 5th Avenue example? Local authorities couldn’t investigate? They couldn’t do anything about it?”

After some dodging, Consovoy said, No.”

Chin asked again: “That’s the hypo[thetical]. Nothing could be done — that’s your position?”

Consovoy answered: “That is correct. That is correct.”

Consovoy is fighting to keep Trump’s tax returns from being made public, reported the New York Times.

Consovoy’s law firm fought to stop “an unaccompanied minor immigrant from obtaining an abortion,” reported Mother Jones.
