San Francisco Cop Shoots Fleeing Man In Back, Crowd Turns On Cop

Newly-released body cam video shows Officer Joshua Cabillo shooting Oliver Barcenas in the back multiple times while Barcenas was running into a crowd on June 9, 2018 in San Francisco.

A group of men — not Barcenas were holding open bottles of alcohol while celebrating the Golden State Warriors winning the NBA championship, reported Mission Local.

After Cabillo shot Barcenas , who reportedly tossed away a gun, a crowd gathered around screamed at Cabillo.

Barcenas has now filed a lawsuit against San Francisco and the police department for “unreasonable seizure, use of excessive force, interference with California Constitutional rights, negligence, and negligent hiring” among other charges.
