Porn Star Stormy Daniels Says She’s ‘Free To Talk’ Because Trump Lawyer Breached Their Contract: Report

Porn star Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, reportedly told friends that she is free to talk about her alleged affair with President Donald Trump from 2006 because Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen breached a contract that he negotiated with the adult actress.

Gina Rodriguez, a manager for Daniels, told The Associated Press: “Everything is off now, and Stormy is going to tell her story.”

Cohen admitted to The New York Times on Feb. 13 that he paid Daniels $130,000 out of his own pocket, which may be the violation of the agreement.

Cohen confirmed to The New York Times that the payment existed, but added “[n]either the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly.”

Cohen said the payment was “lawful” and added: “Just because something isn’t true doesn’t mean that it can’t cause you harm or damage. I will always protect Mr. Trump.”

Sources close to Daniels told The Blast that Daniels’ lawyers told Trump’s lawyers, including Cohen, that they are in violation of their 2016 contract (when the payment was made) and she is “further performance of the non-disclosure agreement between the two parties.”
