Ohio Republicans Want To Require Medically Impossible Procedure: ‘Reimplant An Ectopic Pregnancy’
Republican lawmakers in Ohio have introduced House Bill 413 that would require doctors to “reimplant an ectopic pregnancy” into a woman’s uterus, a procedure that is not medically possible.
The anti-abortion lawmakers want doctors, who cannot perform the fantasy procedure, to be charged “abortion murder,” notes The Guardian.
An ectopic pregnancy is a life-threatening condition, and could kill a woman if not treated.
House Bill 413 defines a fertilized egg as an “unborn child,” bans abortion and would punish doctors, women and children (as young as 13) with “abortion murder” if they “perform or have an abortion.” The bill also says “aggravated abortion murder” is punishable by death.
Ohio obstetrician and gynecologist Dr. David Hackney tweeted that the bill, if it becomes law, could send all doctors to jail.

I don’t believe I’m typing this again but, that’s impossible.
