‘Unite The Right’ Rally Shouts ‘White Lives Matter’ And Nazi Slogan

White nationalists marched with torches across the University of Virginia in Charlottesville while chanting “white lives matter,” “you will not replace us” and the nazi slogan “blood and soil” on Aug. 11.

Scuffles broke out between the white nationalists and some counter-protesters who identify themselves as “anti-fascists.”

“The fear we instill in them today only fuels our victory tomorrow,” one participant tweeted, which was retweeted by by Richard Spencer, a prominent white nationalists, who is attending this weekend’s “Unite The Right” event in Charlottesville.

Charlottesville Mayor Mike Signer expressed outrage on Facebook: “When I think of candlelight, I want to think of prayer vigils, Today, in 2017, we are instead seeing a cowardly parade of hatred, bigotry, racism, and intolerance march.”
