Trump Rates His Puerto Rico Response A Perfect ’10’ While 28% Of Residents Lack Drinking Water

President Donald Trump rated his response to the devastation to Puerto Rico a “10” and an “A+” despite the mass suffering that continues on the U.S. territory island.

According to RawStory.com, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) estimates that 28% of Puerto Ricans do not have access to drinking water, 83% don’t have electricity and only 392 miles of Puerto Rico’s roads are operational.

The official death count from Puerto Rico is 48, but the news site Vox found there were actually 450 people who have died from Hurricane Maria.
