Louisiana Couple Uses Alligator In Baby Gender Reveal

A Louisiana couple used an alligator to reveal their baby’s gender to their friends and family on March 25.

The baby’s grandmother-to-be, Melody Kliebert, posted a video on Facebook of the soon-to-be dad, Mike “T-Mike” Kliebert, opening the jaws of the alligator several times in order to put a watermelon in its mouth.

The alligator gator bites down the melon, which was filled with some sort of blue substance that indicated the baby is going to be a boy, notes The Times-Picayune.

According to Mike, who has appeared on the reality show “Swamp People,” the alligator is 60 years old and is named Sally.
