Fox News co-host Melissa Francis burst into tears after being told on the show “Outnumbered” that President Donald Trump defended neo-Nazis and white supremacists in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Fox News co-host Marie Harf told Francis: “[Trump] said there were very good people among the neo-Nazi protesters – don’t roll your eyes – he did say those words.”
Francis responded: “He didn’t say there were very good people among neo-Nazi protesters.”
Harf accurately stated: “He said there were very good people on the other side.”
Francis fired back: “There were people who were opposed to the statue–“
Harf countered: “It was clear what he was talking about.”
Francis then dissolved into tears after hearing the truth and claimed personal victimhood:
Can I tell you this. I am so uncomfortable having this conversation… Because I know it’s in my heart and I know that I don’t think anyone is different, better, or worse based on color of their skin, but I feel like there is nothing any of us can say right now without being judged.
