Former Trump Lawyer: Stormy Daniels’ Hush Agreement ‘Not Valid’ If Trump Didn’t Sign

Former Trump lawyer Jay Goldberg says the non-disclosure agreement between porn star Stormy Daniels and President Donald Trump is invalid if Trump failed to sign it.

Daniels has filed a lawsuit to get out of the non-disclosure agreement because Trump’s current lawyer Michael Cohen signed it, but Trump did not.

The non-disclosure agreement was part of a $130,000 payment that was supposed to keep Daniels quiet about her alleged sexual affair with Trump.

Goldberg shocked “Fox & Friends” when he said Daniels was right:

It’s true. An agreement, you need the signature of both parties. And if there’s no signature by him, it’s not valid.

Non-disclosure agreements are looked at with skepticism. Because it impairs negatively on the right of free speech.

Co-host Steve Doocy seemed disappointed and replied: “Okay, alright.”
