That is the worst statement any governor can make about the Head of the States. We are talking about a women who by the way is white, saying that a black men has made her feel threaten because he disagreed with her views. If this isn’t racism, then please tell me what is racism. People have different views with others all the time, that does not make you feel threaten. I’m a black man and I am not one that think everything is racism but I see where this can be view as a racist statement. I’m hurt by this, shock and angered that we (a black man) are always viewed as the aggressor but if you look at the pictures and video clips, the aggressor was actually Brewer (a white women). She need to show more self control and remember that as the governor of Arizona if the mayor of one of her cities acted that way to her, how would she have handle it. Stop the non-sense, you were not threaten, you were downright rude and disrespectful of the President of the United States. Show him the same respect that you would have shown President Bush.

Dr. Brinkley,

I am 57 served in the Air Force 437th MAW as a “Flying Crewchief”. Sir I
stand and applauded your action with that oldman sitting behind the desk. He does
not deserve to be a congressman ( litttle “c”)
The people keep saying the Goverment has messed this country up, NO the Goverment is You , Me, and them. It states in the declaration ” WE THE PEOPLE”
it is the politicians that have messed it all up. They should be tarred & feathered as
they did in Jeffersons day. As you stated ” You (they) don’t own Me (us the people) and You Sir are very correct I (WE the PEOPLE) pay your salery.

One of the more popular services at Solantic, the urgent care chain co-founded by Florida Gov. Rick Scott, is drug testing, according to Solantic CEO Karen Bowling.

Given Solantic’s role in that marketplace, critics are again asking whether Scott’s policy initiatives – this time, requiring drug testing of state employees and welfare recipients – are designed to benefit Scott’s bottom line.
Gov. Scott is a crook. He was a crook when he was a CEO for community Hospital and a CEO for another company in Ohio, both of which he ran into the ground and was forced to pay back billions of $ to medicaid in order to keep from going to jail. He literally bought his way into the Governor’s House with his own (stolen) money, and is not in the best light with his own party, the Republicans. Read how he transfered his holdings in a drug company to his wife, below. Perhaps this entire drug testing fiasco stems from the fact that his brother is a drug addict and is own public assistance.

The Palm Beach Post reported in an exclusive story two weeks ago that while Scott divested his interest in Solantic in January, the controlling shares went to a trust in his wife’s name.

This raised a groundswell of concern and questions about his health policy initiatives, especially his push to move Medicaid into private HMOs. Solantic does not take Medicaid but does business with private Medicaid HMOs. The questions are growing louder with Scott’s executive order on drug testing.

Police like these are criminals and should be jailed. I hope he sues the city gets a million dollars and the cops lose their jobs. It’s amazing that when a cop commits a major assault and felony on a person they only lose their jobs. If a normal citizen did this they’d get 10 years in jail.
